Angling is a sport and art for the whole family and not just restricted to men and boys so the Cotswolds is ideal for all ages to enjoy a Cotswolds fishing holiday as I recently discovered.
Staying in the cottage on one occasion I was fascinated by a whole family who spent all hours on the banks of the lake in front of me especially as one of the anglers was female. At the end of the week I had to ask why she had been fishing rather than shopping! Her response was she had never done it before but was now totally 'hooked' by the experience of fishing as a sport.
