Using Fountain View as a Cotswold lakeside self catering holiday break was the idea of mother  and daughter Jean and Kim McDonald.

As privileged owners of a home in such a wonderful setting we decided to share Fountain View for Cotswold luxury self catering holidays.

We pride ourselves in high standards of cleanliness with the help of Wendy our Housekeeper.

In the holiday cottage folders of useful local information, emergency contact numbers, Cotswold maps and appliance instructions are provided.

Your Cotswolds holiday cottage will be meticulously checked and cleaned before your arrival and will be fresh and welcoming when you step through the door after your journey.

To ensure you can enjoy a drink your journey a Welcome is provided with tea, coffee, biscuits and milk. If you require additional supplies the local supermarkets are within 1/3 miles of the cottage.

Feedback from our guests is really appreciated to maintain or improve our standard as we want our guests to be impressed by their stay and hope we can look forward to welcoming them again.

Having spent many years in Lincolnshire Jean  moved to Hertfordshire and now lives in Surrey to be closer to Fountain View and her family. She has been involved in property for many years and is also a qualified Life Coach. Jean just loves the tranquil atmosphere of the resort and the opportunity to relax.

Kim works in London as Head of Sales Operations in a large publishing company and is a qualified Personal Trainer. Kim's interest in health and fitness is a key reason for visiting Fountain View with the numerous activities available.

We both visit Fountain View as often as possible to enjoy all the Cotswold area has to offer, to 'get away' and just relax.
